Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) was founded in 1989 with the key purpose to provide quality administrative and secretarial services to bodies corporate and company titles across Tasmania with a focus on independence.
STM staff are fully conversant with the statutory requirements of the Strata Titles Act 1998 and amendments as they effect strata titles and body corporate matters. They know about the practical aspects of strata title ownership and the nature of problems that can, and do arise. The STM staff are available to assist our clients in all the day to day operations of their bodies corporate.
