Fees

Our management fee is a negotiated amount based on the service provided.  We offer our clients a full management service including secretarial, financial, legislative and maintenance requirements. The management fee is a fee for service, therefore a body corporate that requires more service will pay a higher fee.  The management fee is a body corporate expense and is shared between all owners. It is also a tax deductible expense for all investment property owners. The management fees are collected through the body corporate via the owners annual levy.

STM understands that each body corporate has its own particular needs and requirements and will tailor its services to meet your body corporate's needs for an annual fee. Additional services can be arranged on either a fixed price or "do and charge" basis as and when required.

STM does not receive any commissions or royalties from any of the service providers it uses.
